We're not interested in short-term service or a one-time transaction. Our reputation is built on lasting relationships and genuine long-term quality, and the lifetime warranty is a direct extension of that, a real, ongoing commitment, not a marketing line.

What the Lifetime Warranty Actually Covers

• Complimentary ring resizing (first resize included)
• Repolishing, rhodium plating, and professional cleaning
• Stone tightening and inspection
• Prong checking and minor adjustments

These services are available for the life of the piece, and we recommend an annual check-up for genuine peace of mind. You can bring your piece to our Wembley showroom, or ship it to us securely from anywhere in Australia.

Why It's Free, and Stays That Way

Plenty of jewellers charge for an ongoing care plan. We've chosen not to, because looking after a piece we've made shouldn't come with fine print attached.

Instead, the cost of long-term care is built directly into how we price and produce each piece from the start. We'd rather make fewer, genuinely higher-quality pieces and stand behind them properly for life than rely on volume and short warranties with paid add-ons layered on top. The business model here is built on trust and referrals, not on upselling repairs later.

What's Not Covered

For full transparency, the warranty doesn't extend to:

• Lost or stolen jewellery
• Major physical damage from misuse or accidents
• Repairs carried out by a third-party jeweller
• Design upgrades or changes
• Stone replacement due to loss, unless covered separately under your own insurance

If a major repair or rework is ever genuinely needed outside these terms, we'll still give honest advice and a fair price, with priority handling.

We encourage every client to come in for a yearly check-up, or ship the piece to us if you're elsewhere in Australia, to keep everything in proper condition. We'll check the prongs, polish the metal, and give the stone a proper clean so it looks as good as the day it was first worn.
