VYOR Care
Your ring was designed and finished by the two people who will service it. VYOR Care is a prepaid servicing plan that brings your piece back to us on a schedule, so small things are found and fixed before they become large ones.
It is not insurance. It is maintenance, the same work we'd do anyway, bought in advance at a lower rate.

One plan covers one piece. A ring and a band need a plan each.
What it's worth
At our published servicing rates, the 5 Year plan covers $1,540 of work for $895 a saving of 42%. The 3 Year plan covers $845 of work for $595.

What VYOR Care does not include
- Replacing or re-cutting a centre stone
- Loss, theft or accidental damage
- Pieces not made by VYOR
- Work carried out by another jeweller

Insurance is a separate thing
VYOR Care is a servicing plan, not insurance, and it doesn't cover you if your piece is lost, stolen or accidentally damaged. For that we refer clients to Q Report, who specialise in jewellery and let you bring your piece back to us for any repair work.
Q Report insurance is issued by Chubb Insurance Australia Limited (ABN 23 001 642 020, AFSL No. 239687) (Chubb) and distributed by Jewellers Loop Pty Ltd (ABN 47 110 767 087, AFSL No. 556525) (Jewellers Loop), trading as Q Report under a binding authority provided by Chubb. As a referrer, the jeweller receives a referral fee for a referral and for any policy issued as a result of this referral. This referral does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement of the insurance policy by the referring jeweller. Before making a decision, please consider the PDS and TMD available from the Q Report website.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this insurance?
No. VYOR Care is a prepaid servicing plan. We perform the work ourselves. It doesn't cover loss, theft or accidental damage, for that you need a separate insurance policy.
Do I need it to have a manufacturing fault fixed?
No. Manufacturing faults are covered free under our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty and under your rights in the Australian Consumer Law. VYOR Care covers ordinary maintenance, the servicing a well-worn ring needs over years, which isn't a fault at all.
When can I add it?
At the time of purchase, or within 30 days of receiving your piece.
What if I live outside Perth?
Everything works by post. You send your piece to us; we return it fully insured at no charge as part of your plan.
Can I cancel?
Within 30 days, in full, provided no servicing has been used. After that we refund the balance pro-rata, less the published value of any servicing already carried out.
Can I transfer it?
Once, to a partner or to the person you gave the piece to. Just let us know.
What if I don't use a service one year?
Annual inspections are per 12-month period and don't roll over. Your Full Restorations can be used any time during the term.
