Every piece that comes to us is first assessed by a qualified gemologist. You'll know exactly what your piece needs and what it doesn't before any work begins.

All prices include GST. Complex settings, platinum and full eternity bands are quoted individually. We always quote before we begin, and if you decline the work we return your piece with nothing done.
How it works
In the showroom. Book an appointment at our Wembley studio. Simple cleaning and inspection is often done while you wait.
By post, anywhere in Australia. Get in touch and we'll send you packing instructions. You post it to us; we assess it, quote it, and return it fully insured for $35.
Most servicing is completed within 10 to 14 business days.

How often should I clean my engagement ring?
We recommend cleaning at home every two weeks and scheduling a professional polish once a year.
Can I wear my ring in the shower or while swimming?
It’s best to remove it. Soaps, chlorine, and salt water can dull the finish or affect prongs over time.
How often should I re-plate my white gold ring?
Every 24 months depending on wear.
Is moissanite easier to clean than diamonds?
Both clean easily with mild soap and water. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners for moissanite.
What should I do if my stone feels loose?
Stop wearing the ring and book a free inspection with our jeweller immediately.
