Joseph was able to pull off the incredible, with very little to work with and a super tight time frame. He opened later than he had to, provided options and gave a real sense of care to what is a big moment in one’s life - thank you
I couldn’t be happier with the final result from Joseph and his team. From start to finish, Joseph was incredibly helpful, patient and professional, and his attention to detail was exceptional.
He took my ideas and turned them into something even better than I imagined. The craftsmanship and quality of the finished ring are absolutely incredible.
I’m extremely happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend Joseph and his team to anyone looking for something truly special.
I had such a positive experience with Joseph at VYOR while exploring options for my engagement ring.
From our initial consultation through to the diamond sourcing process, Joseph was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and transparent. He took the time to explain the finer details of diamond quality and optical performance, listened carefully to what I wanted for my bespoke design, and thoughtfully selected options based on both my preferences and budget.
Although I ultimately decided to go in a different direction, I genuinely appreciated the amount of time and care Joseph put into helping me. There was never any pressure to proceed, and even when I let him know I had chosen another jeweller, he was gracious, professional and genuinely wished me well with my ring.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Joseph and VYOR to anyone looking for a personalised and knowledgeable experience when choosing a diamond or creating a bespoke piece. Thank you again, Joseph, for all your time, patience and guidance throughout the process. 💎
